Do you ship laser cut parts from Poland to Germany?

Yes. A parcel to Germany costs €8.37 excl. VAT and arrives in up to 4 working days from dispatch. You upload your file, see the price in euro, choose courier delivery and Germany, and pay. One parcel weighs up to 18 kg, or up to 15 kg abroad. A heavier order is sent in several parcels, each at the same price.

Can I pay in euro, and which payment methods work?

Yes. In euro you can pay with PayPal, Revolut or a bank transfer. BLIK and Przelewy24 work in zloty only. Prices in euro are converted from our zloty price list at a fixed rate.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum number of pieces: one piece is fine. The minimum order value is €11.21 excl. VAT; if your parts cost less, you pay the difference up to the minimum. Courier delivery is charged on top and does not count towards the minimum.

What file formats do you accept?

DXF files, versions R12 to 2018. If you only have a PDF, SVG, DWG file or a photo, the free converter turns it into a DXF in your browser, without an account. You can also draw the part in the free DXF Editor.

Q: How long does delivery from Poland take?

An order paid by 11:00 (Polish time) on a working day is usually ready the next working day. Then the courier needs at most 8 working days from dispatch, depending on the country; the table above shows each country. There is no express option.

Q: Do I have to pay customs when the parts arrive?

Not within the EU customs area: we do not charge customs fees for delivery there. Some territories are outside it (for example the Canary Islands, the Åland Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and we may refuse an order to such an address.

How long does delivery from Poland take?

Two times add up. First production: an order paid by 11:00 (Polish time) on a working day (Monday–Friday) is usually ready the next working day, with no surcharge for speed. Then the courier: the delivery time in the table counts working days from dispatch. For example, a parcel to Germany takes up to 4 working days from dispatch.

An order paid after 11:00 (Polish time) or at the weekend is processed in the order of payment, with no fixed day; we email you when it is ready. More about production time: Lead times and delivery.

Can I pay in euro?
