Question 1

What if I pay on Friday before 11:00 (Polish time)?

Accepted Answer

Your order will usually be ready on Monday - we only count working days.

Question 2

Can I speed up my order?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no express service and no surcharge for a shorter lead time - every order is charged at the same rate.

Question 3

What if I pay after 11:00 (Polish time) or at the weekend?

Accepted Answer

Your order joins the queue in the order that payments arrive. We don't give a specific day in that case - we'll email you when it is ready.

Question 4

How do I get the invoice?

Accepted Answer

At the email address you gave us. We issue a VAT invoice to a company when you enter its tax ID with the order. For a private person we issue a sales document in line with the regulations (invoice or receipt).

Question 5

Do you deliver across Poland?

Accepted Answer

Yes, by courier anywhere in Poland for €3.66 excl. VAT per parcel and to EU countries from €6.51 excl. VAT. One parcel weighs up to 18 kg, or up to 15 kg abroad. A heavier order is sent in several parcels, each at the same price. You can also collect your order in Katowice.
