What it is for
- A washer of an unusual diameter that the wholesaler doesn't stock.
- A large washer that spreads the load of a bolt on wood or thin sheet.
- Stainless steel or aluminium washers in the quantity you need, when a shop doesn't carry the material.
- A spacer disc under a bearing, a bush or a part that has to sit slightly higher.

What we don't do
- A laser-cut washer isn't zinc-plated or hardened like washers made to DIN 125. We don't claim conformity with any standard.
- The washer's thickness is the thickness of the sheet you choose in the quote, so it may differ from the thickness in the table. The table gives the standard's dimensions only as a starting point.
- We don't cut M3 and M4 washers: their outer diameter is smaller than the minimum part size.
Dimension limits
The editor accepts dimensions within these limits and tells you what to fix outside them.
